This is the perfect app!

Had high hopes but ultimately disappointed. The color analyzer incorrectly analyzed my picture so it brings up shades that are too dark. When it finally brought up samples of close shades, I purchased all three but only one showed up. $6 is too much for one sample

Fave feature is beauTV. Need more videos though...

I never like to buy products without trying them first, so being able to sample the products before I buy was perfect. It was also great that the samples were already a match for me. A win win.

I never like the foundations people match me with at the store. this is way easier to find shades for me and just order it online.

Plum perfect is great if your not sure about a makeup product and they have the newest things out so you can test before paying full price its a win win !!

It always gets my skin tone wrong and it takes things of my card with out me buying it! $6 for 1 sample is way to much!!!!

The app is very glitchy. I have money taken out each month for the use of the app but it doesnt work. The photo analyzer thinks my hair, eyes and skin are much darker. I try to add items to my wish list and the app freezes up. The analysis restarts each time I exit out of a product overview and freezes. Ive deleted the app, reinstalled it. Restarted my phone and its not fixing the freezing problems.

This app is great as an all in one app. There is tutorials thats shows you the products used and you can order them and it lets you try different products as well as browse. It says you can get free samples but when even I try to open the sample part it is always blank.

Back when I downloaded the app, the app was good. You were able to try products before buying them. Now, they only show makeup tutorials promoting products. Is sad how people make apps and get popular and then turn it into basically a store.

Doesnt match very well, doesnt show many products and ones that are shown are not matches. Not helpful.

It didnt matter what the lighting or background, nothing I did could get the app to take a photo. It just automatically said "Cant see your face" and never changed. I imitated the "Good" photo example and no luck. Waste of time

I have such a hard time trying to figure out what shades would go together let alone if they go with my skin tone! And its super easy!! Love love love!!! Its a must have!

I downloaded this app and was excited to use it. The first set of shades it gave me seemed great. So my friend then tried it and it gave her the exact same set of shades of make-up even though we look entirely different!

It wont stay open. App automatically closes on its own. Wish this turned out differently.

waste of time. colours dull and have to be purchased through Plum Does not even show brand names so that I can buy locally.

The fact that you have to sign in through Facebook is really lame and annoying. I dont use Facebook. Its a no from me.

Very unhappy. I cant even create an account. As soon as I try to link it to Facebook, it shows "loading" for a couple of seconds and then crashes.

If I could give zero stars and still be counted, I would. This app crashed every time I tried to use it. Waste of time to download.
