Plum Perfect is beautiful, organized and easy to use. All you need is a selfie, and it tells you what type of makeup to use and which makeup suits you. I definitely recommend this to people who just started makeup, or people who want to avoid spending hours in Sephora, MAC, you name it! I love Plum Perfect, its just what it says it is, perfect. <3

App crashes on launch, iphone4 7.1.2 If its advertised as working on iphone, why not all iPhones? Pathetic. Skip it and go to the store.

Im fair skinned. Currently I live in a small city & have to order makeup online. I was so excited to try the app. I tried over 10 pictures & it said good lighting & my recommendations were for dark brown foundations when I wear ivory or fair shades. On a trip I went and got my makeup done, I still am a fair shades 0 or 1 and I tried the app under the lights of the salon and it still said dark. I was using the app on an iPad Air with the latest update.

It used to work perfectly, now when you take a picture and adjust the color settings it doesnt save it. Once you click on a product to see if it matches it hesitates and then lags on whatever you selected.

Everything is based off your pic and every time I took a new pic Id get different readings. Not reliable. Lots of issues need to be worked out.

I like the idea of this app but with only one photo its not too accurate because pictures can be taken in multiple lighting and it can change the color of your skin tone. Also Ive noticed that most stuff that is recommended to us are high-end brands. Do you really expect everyone to have millions of dollars in their pockets? Bring back drugstore brands like Maybelline (especially since theyve released their dream collection), Loreal Paris, Covergirl, Physicians Formula, Revlon. Those are brands that are somewhat affordable to people who dont have the money to go for the high end stuff.
